From a boutique legal practice to an international team of 40+ lawyers and compliance experts helping businesses grow across global markets.
The Beginning
Manimama was founded as a legal advisory firm focused on innovative and highly regulated industries, including fintech, cryptocurrency, investments, and digital business.
From the very beginning, we focused on supporting international businesses entering regulated markets. Our goal was not only to provide legal services but to become a trusted long-term partner for companies operating in rapidly evolving regulatory environments. This approach became the foundation of our future growth.
Global Expansion
As our client base continued to grow, Manimama expanded its international presence across multiple regions.
We built a global network of legal partners and specialists, allowing us to support projects across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously. Today, we provide comprehensive legal and compliance services throughout Europe, the Middle East, North America, and other key international markets.
Supporting Ukraine
In 2022, Manimama launched the “I Support Ukraine” charitable initiative.
Together with our team and partners, we have supported the Ukrainian army, civilians, scientists, and talented professionals. Social responsibility is one of our core values, and we believe that successful businesses should contribute to the communities they serve.
First European Office
Our first European office was established in Estonia, one of Europe’s most advanced digital jurisdictions.
Estonia was chosen for its cutting-edge digital infrastructure, transparent regulatory framework, and business-friendly environment. Establishing our presence there enabled us to strengthen our expertise in licensing, corporate structuring, and cross-border legal support for international clients.
