The HR and Process Management Department is at the heart of our company, where well-coordinated teamwork and optimization of internal processes are key to efficiency. What about the Department’s team?

Currently, the core team consists of three collegues: Asya Vorobeva (Head of Growth), Oksana Shamota (HR-manager), Tetiana Terendii (Project manager).

Asya Vorobeva is head of the department and an experienced professional in sales, negotiations, growth and business development. Asya was invited to join our company at the end of 2023 with the goal of leading Manimama on the path of long-term strategic growth and development, increasing sales, managing projects and personnel.For more than 10 years, Asya held high positions in the Ukrainian division of the International career portal HeadHunter, including the position of head of the sales department.Asya’s areas of expertise are negotiations, sales management, project management, business coaching, human resources.

Oksana Shamota is an experienced HR manager and a master at talent scouting to create our dream team. Her insightful eye reveals potential that is hidden from others. She thinks strategically to find not just employees, but real treasures. Her professional approach allows her to deeply understand the company’s needs and find those who can not only meet the current challenges but also become a driving force in the development of MANIMAMA. She is an indispensable member of our team, helping the company to reach new heights and develop in a competitive environment. Oksana is not just a recruiter – she builds a team that can exceed all expectations.

Tetiana Terendii provides cross-functional support to all departments. She is a high-level researcher, manager, and assistant, helping with complex tasks from finding the right products and solutions to integrating them. With her in-depth knowledge of both basic and advanced software and programming languages, Tеtiana is an indispensable member of the team, without whom no process is complete. She not only completes tasks but finds innovative solutions that contribute to the company’s development. Her expertise and dedication have made her a confidante of the management, which is confirmed by Tеtiana’s recognition as the company’s best employee in 2022. She is an example of professionalism and consistent quality in everything she does.

Asya Vorobeva’s main responsibilities include the following:

  • Development and implementation of a comprehensive growth strategy.
  • Identify and implement new business opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate the team responsible for growth initiatives.
  • Collaboration with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to support growth initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activity.
  • Identify and implement technologies and other tools to support growth initiatives.
  • Serve as a management board member and contribute to the overall direction and strategy of the organization.

Oksana Shamota’s main responsibilities include the following:

  • All processes related to recruitment, from writing a job description to preparing an offer.
  • Ensure employee onboarding and adaptation.
  • Development of policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Organizational and disciplinary matters.
  • Human resources and work on staff development and workflow optimization. 
  • Employment process support.
  • Personnel assessment.

Adapting new employees to the corporate culture is an important stage in their integration into the company. This is achieved through an onboarding program that includes a carefully developed induction system. Our onboarding checklist covers all aspects of the business, from familiarization with rules and values to scheduled training. Tetiana Terendii’s main responsibilities include the following:

  • Setting up workstations in the company.
  • Manage all corporate access.
  • Setting up and maintaining corporate communication channels.
  • Research and development activities in the company, creating content for the website, and managing the technical processes of social media.
  • Coordinating and supporting the work of other team members.
  • Drafting and editing documents, researching information.

Tetіana is most satisfied with her research work, which allows her to follow current trends not only in Ukraine but also in the EU. This allows us to actively integrate new knowledge into our activities. Particularly important is the work on a book project about Mariupol entitled ‘Mariupol on the Waves of History (1780-2022)’, which is currently being published. This work will allow her to objectively cover the history of Tetiana’s hometown, which is very relevant and significant in the current environment.
